The Apartments

Hurstleigh apartments are all self-contained to give residents their independence and privacy. 

​

All apartments are unfurnished and consist of:​​

​

  • Lounge/Kitchenette

  • Bedroom

  • Bathroom with a Walk-In Shower

  • Own Front Door with Letterbox 

  • Hallway

  • Airing Cupboard

  • Storage Cupboard

 

There are Emergency Alarm Pull-Cords in the Bedroom and Bathroom.
In addition, Personal Emergency Pendants are available if required.


Hurstleigh wardens are on site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so if residents need help there's always someone on hand to assist.

​

The utilities are all electric for simple daily living. Residents supply their own white goods with space for an electric cooker and fridge-freezer. 


Heating and hot water is supplied by Economy 7 storage heaters.

​

We have an in-house laundry facility where residents can have their washing cleaned, dried and ironed for a small fee per-load.

​

Rent includes:
 

  • Council Tax

  • Water Rates

  • Access to the fast Hurstleigh Wi-Fi 

​

There is a lift to upper floors for easy access.
