HURSTLEIGH was established nearly 50 years ago by a group of Chorleywood residents who recognised that with the property prices rising, it was, and still is, difficult for people who wish to retire and move nearer to family and friends.
The House is in the heart of the village in Shire Lane.
There are 20 apartments, which include two larger apartments suitable for a married couple.
The only requirement for becoming a resident is that you must be 60+, in good health and have a sponsor who can act on your behalf should you become unable to look after yourself, as we are not a Care Home.
Find out more about The Apartments, the Charity itself, take a look at our gallery or contact us here.
